John is a highly experienced leader, trainer and coach with a broad experience of strategic management across social care. His career has covered both the commissioning and the provision of services and he has held senior management roles in national, regional and local organisations. He has specialised in innovation, disruption and the use of commercial opportunities, establishing successful social enterprise schemes providing alternative income streams.

John travels extensively engaging with workforces and individuals as a trainer and coach where he has a great reputation for empowering individuals to think differently and to embrace change. His consultancy work has included the writing of family peer to peer programs and organisational audits offering insight into opportunities and resource allocation in an ever-changing financial space. On the way John has completed his level 7 diploma in strategic leadership and management and is an active fellow of the RSA.
